This event, organised by the "Basile Caramia" Centre of Agricultural  Research and Experimentation, will be held on the 25-26-27 July in Locorotondo , a splendid town in the  Valley of Itria, and is dedicated to the promotion of typical local produce. During the event there will be different attractions: displays and food tasting of local produce, an exhibition/market, taste workshops lead by experts in the field and producers, a competition for the best recipe for traditional home made dishes in the Province of Bari, Secondary school competitions and a pomological show of typical fruit and vegetable produce.
